According to the laws of the United States, you must be 21 years or older to order, for yourself or as a gift, any wine or baskets containing wine. Our wine is sold in standard glass 750ml bottles unless otherwise stated (in some baskets they are small bottles - 375ml.) The larger bottles have a cork and the small bottles are twist cap. GUARANTEE: The products we sell are packaged to order and guaranteed fresh, or we will replace them right away. We also gaurantee that the package shipped to you arrives is good order, or we will replace any damaged product. SHIPPING: Our cost of shipping includes handling and special packaging, which we must use because of the glass bottles. THE COST OF SHIPPING ONE BOTTLE AND THREE BOTTLES is almost the same for us, and therefore for you also. Our shipper of choice is UPS. The cost per bottle goes down considerably when the quantities go up. If another shipping method is required, please contact us (1 800 944 5434) to arrange. Please provide complete and correct shipping addresses; no PO Boxes. If UPS can not deliver a package because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the fee that they charge us will be passed on to you.
